About Trakium AI

Evidence for better conversations—not surveillance theatre.

We build workforce intelligence for teams whose work happens across screens, shifts, cities, and client accounts.

Why Trakium exists

Remote work removed the shared view. Most tools replaced it with more noise.

Attendance systems can say who arrived. Timers can say how long they ran. Screenshot tools can produce hundreds of images. Project systems can say what was assigned. Managers are still left to reconstruct what actually happened.

Trakium connects the evidence around the same person, device, shift, and time—then uses search, alerts, trends, and summaries to make the record practical to review.

The goal is a fairer operating conversation: managers rely less on guesswork, focused contributors receive visible credit, and a concern can be reviewed against context instead of assumption.

Product principles

The standards we use when deciding what belongs in Trakium.

Make work visible

Focused work should not disappear because it happened quietly, remotely, or on a night shift.

Use context before judgement

One screenshot, idle period, or activity score is evidence to review—not a complete people decision.

Make monitoring transparent

People should know what is recorded, why it is needed, who can see it, and how they can review their own record.

Build for the operating decision

The product should shorten reviews, support delivery, and reduce disputes—not create more monitoring administration.

A clearer workday

Bring us the operating problem—not a feature checklist.

We’ll show where Trakium fits, where another system should remain the source of truth, and what a fair pilot would measure.
